Hi, I’m Nikki Brooks

I have a strong passion for fitness and helping others to achieve their goals. I work with all age groups, men, women, and young adults who are looking to improve their health and feel better about themselves. Many of my clients are 35+ years of age. I provide personalized workout plans geared to your specific needs and physical limitations, if any. Individual training, small group training, or nutrition coaching is offered in-home or online. My main focus is helping my clients to create long term healthy exercise and nutrition habits.

 

About Me

I have been a Personal Trainer for 9 years. Before getting into the fitness industry, I was a 7th Grade Language Arts teacher. My passion for fitness led me to where I am today. I love to walk my dog and spend time with my family. In my free time I love to workout and surf behind our boat.
